By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”)

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to  visitors, suppliers and customers.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you are agreeing you are of legal age to be viewing/purchasing our products/services.  
You are not authorised to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to the violation of copyright laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell our products our services to anyone for any reason at any time..
You agree not to replicate, copy or resell our products without written permission from us.

The information on this site is provided for general information only and provided using the information we have available to us at the time. We are not responsible for the inaccuracy of information. Whilst we have made every effort to bring to your attention the fact that colours/designs may vary on our product listings due to them being handmade we cannot be held responsible for the notices stated within the website being overlooked.
We reserve the right to limit sales where we deem necessary including but not limited to quantities, delivery destination and orders we deem suspicious.
 

Section Five - BILLING AND STORING OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the unlikely event that this happens we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time of ordering.
By making a purchase on our website you are agreeing to provide full and accurate account information. All information submitted to us through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be viewed on the website. 

Section Six – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thanks for purchasing our products at Kiely’s Kandlez operation by Go Daddy 

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can request a refund. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase if the goods are retuned to us for inspection at your own cost.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try – inspect the products in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it meets your requirements. 

Items brought between the 1st November and 31stDecember may be eligible for a longer return period due to the nature of gifting over the Christmas period. These returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

Postage costs for returning items to us are not eligible for refund unless agreed in writing by us.
